The Armstrong Clan




Welcome to my Armstrong Family Tree pages. I have struggled since 2001 to go back further and further with my Armstrong lines. It has been a long, hard, labour of love and I'm finally managing to achieve some modicum of success! Hopefully in the future I can go even further back, thanks to the help of Daryl Armstrong, my second cousin once removed. Thanks for your help Daryl! :D

To save some space on my site, I now have one tree covering all four main lines in my family history. Each line has it's own index page that will take you to the oldest ancestor I have found to date when you click on "Family Pages". You can work your way down through the branches, or go to the "Index of Names" to find who you are looking for. Because all trees are together, you can also access my other lines the same way. If you become confused please let me know! ;D

A HUGE thank you to Carol Ahern in Australia for all her help with my Armstrong line!! Without Carol's input I would never have this line as far back as I now have it! :D From Thomas Armstrong b. 1823 backwards has NOT been verified, it is purely conjecture on the parts of Carol and myself. Hopefully I can prove/disprove these recent additions in the near future now that I have been in touch with Daryl as mentioned above.
